Background: ROHHAD (rapid-onset obesity with hypoventilation, hypothalamic, autonomic dys-regulation) syndrome is an uncommon disease with fatal outcome. Rapidly progressive obesity in early childhood along with altered hypothalamic and autonomic function and hypoventilation are characteristic features.
